Balcony door malfunction left me stuck for over 40 minutes!!! The refrigerator didn't work properly, and I encountered room issues like a safe that wouldn't lock and a blocked bathroom. Improvements needed!!!

The pool area was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from a major shopping center and surrounded by various dining options. My room was spacious and impeccably maintained, with great attention from the housekeeping staff, particularly Kaushila, who ensured everything was spotless and well-stocked. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse selection of delicious food like French fries to satisfy any craving. While the breakfast could benefit from a greater variety of teas, overall, the quality of service and amenities provided made my experience truly enjoyable.

I really appreciated the attentive staff who went above and beyond. Like, when they gave us a room with a big balcony without extra charge. The cleanliness was great too-every corner was spotless, you could eat off the floor. The pool was very private and clean, perfect for family time.

I loved my stay in the Classic King Room! It was super clean and cozy, with such comfy beds that I felt like I was floating on a cloud. The rooftop pool was the cherry on top-a perfect spot to soak up the sun while sipping on refreshing drinks!

The staff surprised us with a lovely birthday decoration and fresh fruit baskets in our room, which made our stay feel super special! We loved lounging by the rooftop pool and enjoying the sun terrace on those warm afternoons. The only thing was the Wi-Fi kept logging me out, which was a bit annoying during my meetings, but overall, we had a fantastic time. 🌟

Ask for fresh omelets at breakfast, they are generously portioned and quite tasty.
